Complaints Process
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Waynewebsite Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Waynewebsite Windows & Siding
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work done on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Waynewebsite Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@waynewebsite.world and include:
- Your name and the preferred way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
