Waynewebsite Windows & Siding does not have installers on staff. When you ask for help, you are connected to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local business that does window replacement or siding installation.

They run their own schedule, set their own prices and do their own work. Waynewebsite Windows & Siding only makes the introduction.

What to Expect at the First Talk

The first conversation is usually short and relaxed. The provider may ask about:

• How many windows you want replaced (the minimum is two)
• The age and style of your home
• Siding type, such as wood, stucco or vinyl siding
• Any past repairs you know about
• Your timeline and daily routine

If you want a closer look, many providers will offer a visit to measure and inspect. Availability varies. Photos of your windows or walls can help the provider understand the job before any visit.

You do not need to be an expert. Here are a few helpful questions:

• Are you licensed and insured in my state?
• Will you give me a written quote with materials listed?
• Which energy efficient windows would suit our sun and cold?
• What might you find in a house this age, and how do you handle it?
• How will you protect floors, furniture and landscaping?
• How long will the work take, and how will you plan around my family's schedule?
• What does the warranty cover, and who honors it?

Write the answers down. It is easier to compare providers when you have notes side by side.
